3D Medical

This project was done between August 1999 and September 1999. It was developed and compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio using MFC in C++. The software runs under Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT and use OpenGL (SGI version for windows) to draw in 3D.

You can read medical images from a scanner and build masks to isolate parts of a body. 2D painter tools (bucket, brushes and mask editor) were developed to retouch the masks and let you create 3D models. You can modify the color and transparency of each mask.
